Studio Policies
- Students should arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to scheduled class time.
- Please be respectful of other classes that are in session, by keeping your voice low and not disturbing the teaching that is in progress. Cell phones should be turned on silent or off.
- Wear exercise clothing that is comfortable to move in.
- Shoes are to be removed at front door and are not to be worn on the dance floor.
- Students should bring their hip scarf and veil to each class.
- Students may dance either in sock or dance slippers. (No shoes)
- NO chewing gum while dancing.
- Tuition is always due on or before the 10th session for the next 10 classes (regardless if you have used a make up class), unless discussed otherwise.
- Checks are accepted BUT: Any returned check is a $30.00 fee for the first time. If a check is returned a second time there is a $35.00 fee and we will no longer accept check/s from that student.
Re-registration will be required after an absence of 3 complete weeks or more.

Payments are due on the 5th session on private sessions and on the 10th sesson of groupe classes. no excuses please, late fee will apply
Late Fees and Make up Sessions
- Make up sessions: Students must have all class fees paid in full prior to being able to receive a make up session for a missed class. All students will be permitted to only 1 make up class, regardless of how many sessions they have missed.
- For private lessons: Any cancelled session with out a 24 hour notice from the student will be charged entire fee for that class session.
- For group lessons: A late fee will be charged to students if their class fees are not paid by the scheduled time. The late fee is 10% of the group session fee.
